REWARDS WORK: SUSPECT IN CUSTODY IN WILLOWBROOK ATTACK
On Sunday, August 30th, the Illinois State Crime Commission offered a $5,000 cash reward for anyone that may have any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person that brutally attacked, beat, stabbed, and raped a woman in Willowbrook, Illinois on Saturday August 29, 2015.
An anonymous tip was called in and Federal Marshalls apprehended the suspect in South Bend, Indiana while serving a warrant on an unrelated charge on Tuesday September 1, 2015. Jerry Elsner, the Executive Director of the Illinois State Crime Commission said, “many people have information and are reluctant to say anything but this reward money prompts people to provide much needed information for the arrest and prosecution of these criminals”.
“This criminal deserves to rot in hell for these violent crimes, We will be pleased to present the reward to the tipster at the appropriate time and all of us appreciate the information and the work of law enforcement”.
